Return Policy


To be considered eligible for a refund, a return claim must be submitted within 21 days of an order’s shipping date. Lumio will accept returns in good and unused condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund for an item that is believed to be previously damaged. Monogram orders are non-refundable after shipping and we can only offer a replacement within our warranty period.

In the case of defect, a replacement can be offered within our warranty period. If you believe your product is defective, email us at info@hellolumio.com for instruction on how to return your product.

You will be responsible for shipping or transportation charges directly to Lumio, LLC or to an authorized dealer. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Failure to properly package your Lumio for return shipment may lead to your refund or repair request being denied if the product in question should arrive damaged.
